At Bickerton Holy Trinity Church of England school, there are currently places available for children aged 4-11.

The school will be holding the following open day for you to be able to visit the school, have a look around, see lessons in action and meet the school council and Headteacher.
Thursday 10th October 9:15am-10:30am and 1:30-2:30pm

- live in Cheshire East (even if you are applying for a school outside Cheshire East)

Who can apply?

Late applications may be disadvantaged.
If you are late applying, you will be expected to speak to the admissions team in person to explain the reasons why you were late applying
Preferences:
The admissions team strongly advise you to put 3 preferences
Consider:
- Attending open evenings / virtual tours
- Think about how your child will travel to school
- Have a Plan B
The best way to apply is online. If you apply online, you will get your offer online
If unsuccessful, accept the offer to secure a place and then you will have the right to appeal.
Appeals Guidance
Choosing your child’s primary or secondary school can be a difficult decision for you to make. The law does not give you a choice of school but it allows you to ‘express a preference’. In Cheshire East, most parents and carers get a place for their child the school they want. However, occasionally demand is higher than there are places available; therefore, some parents are refused a place for their child. If this happens you have a legal right to appeal.

- Parents need to complete an application form. Once submitted this will be sent to our school to process. We aim to reply in 5 working days.
- You will be required to complete a form for each child.
